Our COVID-19 Response
It is harder than ever to be homeless, and harder than ever for charities providing front-line support.
As part of our response to COVID-19, we made the decision to advance some of the funds raised which were due to be granted in the next tranche of funding. This meant that at the end of April, we were able to grant over £46,000 to the London Homeless Collective. 💸
That’s all down to the thousands of generous people who have given a TAP (or an online donation) in 2020. Who knew that £3 could do so much? We did! Thank you. 🙏
Also a second huge thank-you to our brilliant trustees for acting quickly to release funds when they were needed most.
Finally, whilst we do have the ability to collect funds through our website, we are keen to ensure those who want to donate to homelessness in this difficult time are able to do so directly through our beneficiaries emergency campaigns. This is so the money can get to the cause as quickly as possible.
Follow any of the links below to donate directly to a charity in the LHC. Note that for national charities this will mean that your donation is not spent only in London. We have included a handful of national charities as well as London specific organisations below.
